Fixes issue with API time falling outside acceptable range

Tim Ackroyd requested to merge hotfix/increase_api_acceptable_time_limits into versions/0.15.0

Filemaker is unable to use the api as X-API-DATE is falling outsite our allowable range.

Have increased the upper limit from current time +2 minutes to +5 minutes
