Merge branch 'hotfix/php_handlebars_helpers' into 'custom/art_money'

Improved the handlebars template parser

• Prevents an error when using object methods

• Prevents an error parsing templates with no passed variables

• Adds date helper with the same prototype as the JS helper so we can re-use templates
