Properly enforce accounts group access permissions

Sam Sehnert requested to merge custom/hotfix/am_accounts_permissions into custom/art_money

What I did

  • Prevent users screen from displaying or allowing access to accounts which don't belong in the logged in users access group

Implications

The system will be more secure. Admin users who improperly had access to view/edit others accounts will no longer be able to.
