User model and namespace in policy stub is hardcoded for query functions

In policy.stub in the lower functions, the dockblock comment uses a hardcoded (and incorrect) namespace

@param \App\Model\User $user

instead of

@param  \{{ namespacedUserModel }}  $user

This occurs for:

• qualifyCollectionQueryWithUser()
• qualifyItemQueryWithUser()
• qualifyStoreDataWithUser()
• qualifyUpdateDataWithUser()
