Change the q parameter as necessary. Ensure master purchase orders with a status of completed OR cancelled are excluded.
Test the normal OR filters still work correctly.
You can view the query being run by adding a last query statement to line 2877 of DF_Model.php.
Commit should be cherry-picked into master if/when accepted.
